Qualifications

• Terminal degree with four years post-doctoral experience, or MS with seven years of research experience.
• Four years’ post-doctoral experience with Terminal Degree or seven years’ research experience with Master’s degree.
• Strong ability to communicate with diverse stakeholders and maintain professional communication.
• Ability to work with high volumes and meet rigid deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Supervise research team and communicate needs to ensure scientific success.
• Collaborate with interprofessional care team to achieve department results.
• Mentor peers to promote critical thinking and accountability.
• Organize workflow, solve problems, and manage multiple priorities.
• Analyze data for grants and publications; maintain records.
• Write and maintain safety protocols and quality controls.
