Job summary

Exponent is seeking a Research Associate for our Data Sciences Practice in Phoenix, AZ. You will join a team to plan and conduct data collection efforts supporting clients in consumer electronics and life sciences.

You will operate hardware systems, moderate user studies, and travel to study sites as needed. Strong communication, analytical thinking, and teamwork are essential to success in this role.

Qualifications

• B.S./B.A. or M.S./M.A. in Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience with human subjects testing, usability testing, or surveys is preferred.
• Ability to work in teams with a strong desire to contribute.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and real-time problem solving skills.
• Willingness to travel approximately 30% of the time to domestic and international study sites.
