Department: NYU School of Global Public Health

Number of Positions Available: 1

The School of Global Public Health is seeking to hire a Part-Time Research Assistant.

  • Conduct research on congressional cosponsorship networks to examine the effects of political party affiliation and polarization.
  • Assist with developing and applying network models to congressional cosponsorship data.
  • Support theoretical development and numerical analysis related to the research project.
  • Conduct data analysis and interpret findings using computational and quantitative methods.
  • Contribute to ongoing research activities and analysis during the Fall semester.
Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree in related field.
  • A master's degree preferred.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively on an ongoing research project.
