Job summary

(essential)Department Specific Responsibilities:Performs routine and non-routine laboratory tests (i.e.: processing of various samples for mass spectrometry analysis, microarrays analysis, glycans purification and labelling) and synthesizes and interprets results.May operate and maintain moderate lab equipment such as Microarray scanner, Lyophilizer, and Mass Spectrometer.Perform all of the panel of technical services offered by the Glycomics Core in an organized and timely way. Some elements of the job are sedentary, but the employee will be required to stand for periods of time or move through out the hospital campus.Pay Range:$19.23 – $26.44The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law.
