Harvard University’s California Research Center is seeking an intellectually curious, organized Research Assistant to support our research team. This role emphasizes case-study development, proofreading, and content-related work, with collaboration across CRC staff.

The position offers project coordination, administrative duties, and engagement with school-facing programs, with on-site work in San Mateo, CA and hybrid flexibility to fit CRC’s schedule.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance, or a related analytical field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with generative AI tools and sound judgment in their use.

Aufgaben

• Provide research support for case studies, academic materials, and CRC deliverables.
• Conduct research on companies, industries, technologies, and markets.
• Identify and evaluate information from various financial and archival sources.
• Synthesize findings into clear summaries, backgrounds, timelines, and company profiles for senior staff.
• Proofread, copyedit, format, and quality-check materials and presentations.
• Coordinate project tasks, timelines, and follow-ups across multiple projects.
