The Department of Computer Science (CS) of The University of Texas at El Paso (UTEP) invites applications for non-tenure-track faculty positions at the rank of Research Assistant/Associate Professor to begin immediately. This is a collaborative initiative between the Electrical and Computer Engineering and Computer Science Departments. A complementary faculty search is being conducted by the Electrical and Computer Engineering Department. Priority will be given to the overall originality and promise of the candidate's work and potential to contribute to AIRCIS.

Candidates will be expected to develop vigorous, externally funded research programs in their technical areas. The application materials should clearly demonstrate the potential of the candidate to succeed in meeting these expectations.

Two positions are available, one to be affiliated with the Department of Computer Science, and one to be affiliated with the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineers. Interested candidates should apply to each search individually to be considered for a position in that department. This posting is for a position in the Department of Computer Science.
