Responsibilities

• Perform laboratory testing, sample preparation, prototype development, and R&D support activities.
• Conduct laboratory and pilot plant experiments to support product development and process improvement.
• Accurately document experimental procedures, observations, data, and results in laboratory systems and reports.
• Support validation of raw materials, equipment, and processes while maintaining technical documentation and specifications.

As a Research Technician, you will be part of the R&D Department supporting cross-functional teams including R&D, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Quality Assurance, and Operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, critical thinking skills, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Research Technician (Temporary Position)
Location: Buffalo, NY
Pay Range: $20-24/hour
Schedule: Monday-Thursday 8:00am - 5:00pm & Friday 8:00am - 1:00pm
