Qualifications

Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled, hands‑on solution architect to join our team. Mostly dedicated to Digital Lab Operations & CMC Operations domain, you will be a key strategic leader and will work closely with the service lines and program leaders to establish the Digital Lab Operations & CMC technology strategy, in alignment with Sanofi’s Digital global strategy.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee the design and implementation of all solutions for Digital Lab Operations Research & CMC operations. Ensure alignment with architecture strategy and adhere to governance standards

  • Lead the Lab In the Loop implementation with In Silico Research organisation

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and Digital Labs Operations & CMC experts to understand requirements and challenges from a functional and technical perspective

  • Streamline and simplify (whenever possible) existing architecture, delivering reusable services and identifying cost‑saving opportunities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams & other domains to ensure complete and operable solutions that align with business processes

  • Provide clear and detailed leadership for Digital Labs Operations & CMC development architecture within projects

  • Evaluate product usefulness and cost in the supplier selection process

  • Create and maintain current and target‑state architecture roadmaps aligned with business needs

  • Responsible for establishing the strategic direction, choosing technologies, settings standards for Digital Labs Operations & CMC development domain

About You
Experience
  • 5-8+ years of experience and Bachelors Degree required in CS, IS, Software Engineering or related experience

  • Good understanding of existing IT technologies, data types, and ontologies at Sanofi R&D

  • Extensive background in designing, developing, and optimizing IT solutions

  • Demonstrated understanding of the processes and workflows in Digital Labs Operations & CMC

  • Willing, ready and enthusiastic to bring digitalization to the Digital Labs Operations & CMC community

  • Global/multi‑cultural experience

  • Strong vendor relationship management skills

  • Solid experience in Solution Architecture

  • Experience with GxP, HIPAA, and GDPR regulations and the ability to ensure compliance with these regulations in the design and implementation of IT solutions

  • Proven ability to translate functional requirements into technical/solution design, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders

  • Experience with Sanofi’s standards technologies (Snowflake, GitHub, IICS, Python, Openshift, ReactJS, SQL, AWS, Azure)

  • Ability to work collaboratively as a team player, fostering a positive and productive work environment

  • Demonstrated professional and reliable behavior, consistently delivering high‑quality work and meeting deadlines

Education
  • Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering or similar field required

The salary range for this position is:

$133,500.00 - $192,833.33

All compensation will be determined commensurate with demonstrated experience. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs, and additional benefits information can be found here.
