Pay Rate: $50 hr. -$55/hr. (The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors)

YOU MUST HAVE

• Degree in Engineering (Materials Science, Physics, Chemistry, Chem. Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering)
• Must have the ability to obtain a secret clearance
• 1.5 years professional experience

• Experience with inertial instruments
• Individuals who are self-motivated and able to work with little supervision, who consistently take the initiative to get things done, do things before being asked by others or forced to by events Demonstrated mastery of design tools appropriate for the field (MiniTab, Access, MS Office Suite, etc.)
• Six Sigma certification and demonstrated use of tools
• Demonstrated previous program experience & success
• Ability to convey subtle or complex messages clearly, as appropriate for the topic and audience
