Law firm is seeking a Research Analyst/Librarian to join their Los Angeles office.

Responsibilities

• Perform research for attorneys
• Conduct library orientation for new attorneys, paralegals, and staff
• Maintain library webpage on the firm's website
• Manage Lexis and Westlaw libraries
• Arrange interlibrary loans
• Order, cancel subscriptions, process new materials, and reconcile invoices
• Update library catalog
• Provide backup coverage for library staff absences as needed

Qualifications

• MLS degree required
• Minimum 2 years of law library experience required
• Proficiency in legal research platforms including Lexis, Westlaw, Bloomberg, Lex Machina, Practical Guidance, Practical Law, and Accurint
