Job summary

The Expert Institute seeks a Research Analyst to join Expert Radar in Milwaukee. You will curate expert profiles by analyzing biographical, professional, and litigation information from diverse sources, ensuring accuracy before presenting to attorney-clients.

You will work across professional databases, assess licensure, publications, and litigation activity, and translate CVs and records into comprehensive profiles. Strong attention to detail is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Close attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Experience with legal research, litigation, court records, or professional research is preferred.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a KPI-driven setting.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and validate critical content and data points relating to subject matter experts.
• Research information from professional, legal, and public sources, including licensure, publications, media, and industry affiliations.
• Use legal research databases to collect and validate information, including reviewing case dockets and court documents.
• Review litigation documents such as motions, affidavits, orders, subpoenas, depositions, and verdicts.
• Convert CVs and other materials into accurate expert profiles.
• Identify discrepancies across sources and determine the most accurate representation of background.
• Communicate with domestic and international teams to resolve discrepancies and meet deadlines.
• Prioritize multiple assignments while maintaining accuracy and productivity in KPI-driven environment.
