The Dalio Family Office (DFO) seeks a Research Analyst to research, develop, and evaluate systematic and fundamental investment processes in public equities. You will lead data analysts to build data pipelines, write production-quality code, and translate raw financial data into actionable investment insights.
Working with the Head of Public Equities, you will develop strategies and tools, backtest signals, and contribute to portfolio construction.

Reporting to the Head of Public Equities, the Analyst will research, develop, and evaluate systematic and fundamental investment processes in public equities by contributing to each stage of the investment process (from data to research to signal generation, to portfolio construction). The Research Analyst will assist, lead, and direct data analysts to build out data pipelines from external vendors and internal databases, utilizing large-scale equity databases and analytical infrastructure to build out systematic and fundamental equity strategies and tools. Write/Vibe code production-quality code, iterating rapidly in a high-velocity research environment, and translating raw financial data into actionable, rigorous investment insights. This role will work closely with the Head of Public Equities to develop strategies and tools.
Compensation for the role includes a competitive salary in the range from $500,000 -$700,000 (inclusive of a merit-based bonus, dependent on years of experience, level of education obtained, as well as applicable skillset) and an excellent benefits package, including paid time off ranging from 15 to 25 days based on years of service, paid sick and safe leave, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, paid parental time off, birth mother recovery pay, sick family member pay, parental ramp back up program, gym reimbursement and generous employer match for 401k.
