Novellia seeks a technically sharp data analyst with 3–5 years of experience to work with patient datasets and translate findings into compelling scientific communications. Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in a data-intensive role within healthcare, life sciences, or a related field.
  • Strong technical skills in data analysis and manipulation, including proficiency in R and Python.
  • Advanced proficiency in using AI tools to support biostatistical analysis, including AI-assisted coding workflows.
  • Experience harmonizing large, complex datasets across multiple sources and formats.
  • Excellent scientific writing skills with the ability to communicate findings clearly to non-specialist audiences.
  • Familiarity with real-world data, patient registries, or observational research is a strong plus.
  • Comfortable working with guidance from a technical team and taking direction on analytical approach.

About the Role
