Position Overview:

We are seeking a graduating college senior or a candidate with 1-2 years of experience working at another real estate company to join our team as a Research Analyst. This entry level position plays a critical part in supporting our brokers and clients by providing market data, financial analysis, and research to drive strategic decision-making.

The Research Analyst position is designed as a strong entry point into the commercial real estate industry, offering direct mentorship from experienced brokers and leadership. Analysts gain hands‑on exposure to active deals, market strategy, and client engagement. This role is intended to transition to a brokerage role in 12-24 months.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update property databases and research platforms
• Prepare market surveys, availabilities, and competitive analyses
• Analyze lease and sales comparables
