The Chervonsky Lab within the Department of Pathology is interested in organ-specific diseases such as autoimmune diabetes and psoriasis, and we have mouse models for both. Our studies focus on determining how T cells are initially activated in disease pathogenesis, how they home to the target organs, and how they destroy these organs.**Job Summary**The Research Analyst provides basic technical support activities related to scientific research projects. Complies with institutional, state, and federal regulatory policies, procedures, directives, and mandates. Assists in drafting presentations on research findings. This at-will position is wholly or partially funded by contractual grant funding which is renewed under provisions set by the grantor of the contract. Employment will be contingent upon the continued receipt of these grant funds and satisfactory job performance.**Responsibilities*** Maintains technical and administrative support for a research project.* Analyzes and maintains data and/or specimens.
