Job summary

Fi is seeking a Rescue Partnerships Manager to lead its rescue program—finding rescues, telling the story, closing partnerships, and getting partners live.

You’ll pitch a program that offers free GPS trackers and microchips to prevent lost-dog events and protect rescued dogs. You’ll own onboarding end to end, run webinars, and represent Fi at rescue events, while maintaining a data-driven pipeline and CRM discipline.

Qualifications

• Experience building partnerships with rescues, shelters, and humane societies.
• Strong storytelling and pitch skills to win programs and funding.
• Analytical mindset with ability to track pipeline and outcomes.
• Comfort using CRM/tools to forecast numbers and report results.
• Startup pace with ownership from day one.

Responsibilities

• Recruit new rescues into the program: build target lists and secure partnerships nationwide.
• Pitch the program with discovery calls showing how free GPS trackers prevent lost dogs.
• Own onboarding end to end: sign-up, device setup, training, and handoff to the account team.
• Host recurring onboarding webinars that convert rescues into active partners.
• Represent Fi at rescue conferences and events as the program face.
• Maintain a clean CRM, forecast numbers, and report onboarding velocity and adoption-transfer metrics.

Fi is looking for a < b > Rescue Partnerships Manager to be front-of-house for Fi’s rescue program. You find the rescues, tell the story, close the partnership, and get new partners live. Rescues lose dogs every week: fosters slip leashes, transports go sideways, new adopters have escape artists. You’ll pitch a program that solves that for no cost to the rescue, then own the relationship until the rescue is fully up and running. This is a sales and growth role, not account management. Day-to-day partner support and triage sits with the rest of the team. Your job is new partners, activated fast.

< h3 > What You’ll Do: < ul > < li > < b > Recruit new rescues into the program: Prospect, build target lists, and get in the door with shelters and rescue organizations nationwide, from scrappy foster-based rescues to the largest humane societies in the country li > < li > < b > Pitch the program: Run discovery and pitch calls that show rescue leadership how free GPS trackers and microchips prevent lost dog events and protect the dogs they’ve worked hard to save li > < li > < b > Own onboarding end to end: Be each new partner’s main point of contact from signing up to fully live: first order, device setup, team training, and their first dogs protected. Hand off a healthy partner to the account team li > < li > < b > Run webinars: Host recurring onboarding and program webinars that convert interested rescues into active partners at scale li > < li > < b > Represent Fi in the rescue world: Attend rescue conferences, adoption events, and industry gatherings as the face of the program li > < li > < b > Run your pipeline like an operator: Keep the CRM clean, forecast your numbers, and report on recruitment, onboarding velocity, and adoption-transfer performance. Actual compensation will vary based on multiple factors, including skills, experience, market conditions, and role scope, which may evolve during the hiring process. As a fast-growing Series B startup, Fi evaluates compensation opportunistically to align with the right candidate.
