Job summary

Empath Health, Venice, FL, is seeking a Detail-oriented Resale Store Manager to lead our Resale Store in Venice. You will develop policies, manage operations, and supervise staff and volunteers to deliver Full Life Care within the thrift store network.

The role requires coordinating procurement, marketing, and customer service while ensuring compliance with safety and store standards. Strong leadership and nonprofit experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail management and marketing.
• Organizational and administrative skills including Microsoft Office and Outlook.
• Ability to work with volunteers and the community.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development and implementation of annual business plan and budget for the Resale Stores.
• Coordinate procurement of merchandise via donations and gifts.
• Coordinate pick-up services through volunteer management.
• Manage day-to-day operation of the Resale Store.
• Plan and evaluate promotions, profitability, and overall operations.
