Community Action House is seeking a Resale Specialist to join our Holland, MI team. You will help manage daily store operations, lead merchandising and pricing, and support volunteers and guests while promoting our mission-driven culture.
You will serve as a point person for guest escalations, assist with daily problem-solving, and participate in ongoing professional development opportunities. This role also supports occasional Assistant Manager duties when leaders are unavailable.

As a Resale Specialist, you’ll help create a radically welcoming environment for donors, volunteers, and shoppers, lead merchandising and pricing efforts, support volunteers, and serve as a point person for guest escalations. You will also support daily store operations while taking on additional leadership, problem‑solving, and continuous improvement responsibilities. This role also includes professional development opportunities. This includes paid monthly learning sessions, 1:1 development with your supervisor, and growth opportunities within your role!

Compensation & Benefits: $18-19.50 /hr, eligible for benefits
Supervision Received - General Direction: Receives broad guidance and direction and has some autonomy in decision-making and flexibility in determining how to achieve goals. Supervisor provides support and resources as needed but may not be directly involved in day-to-day decision-making or task assignments.
Supervisory Responsibilities - Informal Supervisor: Does not have formal people leading (supervisory) responsibilities. May influence others based on their expertise or relationships; lead projects with other teammates; and/or provide guidance or mentoring to other colleagues.

Our first Resale Store has proven that it can generate consistent, flexible funding that directly supports our work—while also providing practical resources for the people we serve.
