Caring Transitions of Northwest St. Louis is seeking compassionate individuals to help families during transitions by sorting, organizing, and preserving memories. The role focuses on antiques, downsizing, and respectful handling of cherished items in a part-time, flexible setting.

You will photograph items for resale, stage displays, assist with online auctions, and help with safe packing and pickups, contributing to a meaningful, community-driven team.

Qualifications

• Heart for helping others and sensitivity to life transitions
• Love antiques, thrifting, and organization, with an eye for hidden treasures
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and adapt to various home environments
• Strong communication, reliability, and professionalism in all interactions
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with apps or online tools
• A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and a working cell phone

Responsibilities

• Support families during life transitions by sorting, organizing, and labeling items with care and respect
• Assist in decluttering and helping families decide on donations, resales, and keepsakes
• Photograph and prepare items for resale using our app for a smooth process
• Stage auction items thoughtfully to honor each family’s story
