Job summary
Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Requirements Manager to work with clients to define requirements, understand system data, technology, and business rules. You will document user stories and acceptance criteria, partner with developers and testers, and ensure the solution aligns with current architecture and future needs.
In an agile environment you’ll maintain change management processes and document deployable features while collaborating across teams to deliver mission-ready systems.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience developing requirements for software applications through the full SDLC.
- 4+ years of experience with Atlassian Jira and Confluence.
- 4+ years of experience organizing Epics, User Personas, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, or Dependencies.
- 4+ years of experience eliciting and documenting business requirements for technical teams.
- 4+ years of experience in change management processing.
- Secret clearance required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
