Job summary

Required: 10+ years in sensitive interagency support, leadership, risk management, and fluency in Pashto, Dari, Urdu, and Farsi. U.S. citizenship is required.

AFS is seeking a Requirements Manager to be responsible to assist the Project Officer in planning, coordination of sensitive mission, intelligence/signature reduction and operational support.

The Work:

Help the Project Officer synchronize complex operational support activities

Serve as a requirements task SME and advisor to the Project Officer in matters relating to sensitive activities, signature reduction and operations support

Interface and collaborate with all source analysts

Here’s what you need:

• 10+ years of experience in the following areas:
• Sensitive operational and inter agency support
• Leadership and management experience
• HUMINT, Signature reduction support and infrastructure development
• Experience in risk management/reduction
• Must be able to communicate in Pashto, Dari, Urdu, and Farsi

Bonus points if you have:

• Possess excellent analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work in a dynamic and challenging environment with the ability to handle stressful situations
• Be able to communicate details clearly and effectively verbally as well as in writing
• Attention to detail and the ability to effectively follow-through and manage reporting and project communications

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. The pay range for the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Virginia, Washington and the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland is:

$82,900 — $184,500 USD
