Job summary

Draper Labs in Lowell, MA is seeking an undergraduate intern to join the DREAM Group as a Junior Requirements Engineer co-op/intern. You will help define, analyze, and document system and data requirements for national-security programs, gaining hands-on exposure to digital twins, MBSE, and model-driven engineering under a lead engineer.

You will contribute to requirements gathering, traceability, and technical writing while collaborating with systems engineering, ML, and data science teams.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an accredited full-time undergraduate or graduate degree in a STEM field.
• US Citizenship required.
• Scientific programming experience in Python for analysis scripts.
• Strong verbal and written communication to convey technical concepts.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance engineering solutions for challenging problems.
• Implement, test, analyze, and document results and provide support for documentation.
• Generate test reports with plots, tables, and evaluation criteria from data analysis.
