Job Summary: The HIV & Reproductive Health Services Manager is responsible for the leadership, oversight, and operational management of all HIV and reproductive health prevention, education, testing, and outreach services. This role ensures program effectiveness, regulatory compliance, and alignment with organizational goals while serving as a key liaison with community partners and stakeholders. The Manager supervises staff, oversees program performance, and supports the development and expansion of services.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: · Provides leadership and oversight of HIV and reproductive health programs, including Health Resource Center, HIV Testing and Counseling, community education and outreach, STI testing, and Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis (PrEP) services. · Supervises, trains, and evaluates assigned staff, including recruitment, scheduling, performance management, employee relations, and professional development. · Monitors program performance and outcomes to ensure achievement of required benchmarks and quality standards. · Develops and manages program budgets to ensure fiscal accountability and compliance with funding requirements. · Prepares and contributes to funding proposals to support current and future program initiatives. · Provides STI testing and education services as needed to support program operations. · Facilitates referrals to Hamilton clinical services, including HIV and Hepatitis C treatment. · Collaborates with internal departments and leadership to support integrated, patient-centered care delivery. · Maintains knowledge of departmental roles and ensures alignment across program functions. · Maintains confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA and organizational policies. · Prepares and delivers reports, presentations, and updates to internal and external stakeholders. · Maintains effective communication with staff, leadership, and community partners. · Ensures compliance with Quality Department protocols and regulatory requirements. · Supports revenue cycle initiatives, including productivity goals, revenue targets, and expense management. · Demonstrates commitment to Hamilton’s Workplace Values: Innovation, Integrity, Quality, Accountability, Respect, Commitment, and Inclusion. · Travels throughout service areas as required. · Performs other duties as assigned in support of organizational goals and service delivery.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIREMENTS: · Knowledge of community resources, public health programs, and healthcare delivery systems. · Strong leadership and supervisory skills, including performance management and conflict resolution. · Ability to motivate, engage, and develop staff across multiple programs and service lines. · Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and project management skills. · Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. · Ability to utilize data to inform decision-making and program improvements. · Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain confidentiality. · Excellent written and verbal communication skills. · Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. · Proficiency in computer systems and ability to learn new software applications. · Ability to engage diverse communities and stakeholders effectively. · Demonstrates professionalism, adaptability, and alignment with organizational values.MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE · Bachelor’s degree in Health, Human Services, or a related field required. · Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a health or human services or ambulatory care setting. · Prior supervisory experience required. · Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: · Knowledge of The Joint Commission regulations.OTHER REQUIREMENTS: · Reliable transportation to travel throughout the service area. · Ability to work flexible schedules and maintain punctual attendance.
