Boise-based fertility center seeks a fellowship-trained, board-certified (or board-eligible) Reproductive Endocrinologist and Infertility Specialist to join a physician-owned practice.

This is a partnership-track opportunity with a 100% historic partnership match rate, offering leadership in clinical protocols and patient-centered care. The role involves advanced IVF procedures and close collaboration with the team to advance family-building goals.

Qualifications

• Completed an approved REI fellowship.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility.
• Solid IVF laboratory and clinical procedure experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments and consultations for new and existing patients.
• Determine diagnostic procedures to identify potential infertility causes.
• Review, discuss, and educate patients on test results and customized treatment plans.
• Perform surgical and advanced IVF procedures (egg retrievals, embryo transfers) while maintaining high standards.
• Collaborate with fellow physician-partners on clinical protocols and practice growth strategies.
