Job summary

CLS Connect in San Diego is seeking a dedicated Reproductive Endocrinologist to join its patient-centered team. The REI physician will conduct comprehensive assessments, tailor treatment plans, perform IVF procedures, and guide patients with compassionate education. Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible REI with passion for patient-centered care.
• Active California medical license or ability to obtain.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and consultations.
• Develop and tailor individualized treatment plans to optimize outcomes.
• Perform IVF procedures, including egg retrievals and embryo transfers.
• Recommend and interpret diagnostic tests to identify infertility causes.
• Provide compassionate guidance and education to patients throughout their journey.
• Perform surgical procedures related to reproductive health.
