Job summary

Slide Insurance in Tampa, FL is seeking a Represented Claims Adjuster to manage residential property claims and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver fair, timely resolutions.

You will analyze coverage, negotiate with public adjusters and attorneys, and maintain thorough claim documentation while upholding regulatory requirements and superb customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Active adjuster license and ability to obtain and maintain required non-resident licenses.
• 2+ years of first-party property claims adjusting experience, including direct insurance carrier experience.
• Experience handling represented claims involving public adjusters and/or attorneys.
• Strong understanding of coverage analysis, claim negotiations, and state regulatory requirements.
• Experience with Xactimate, Guidewire ClaimCenter, or similar claims platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage first-party property claims involving public adjusters, attorneys, and other represented parties.
• Analyze coverage, liability, damages, and supporting documentation to make sound claim decisions.
• Negotiate claim resolutions with public adjusters, attorneys, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Review estimates, establish reserves, and evaluate exposures in accordance with company standards.
• Maintain accurate claim documentation and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Support the resolution of complex, disputed, and escalated claims while delivering exceptional customer service
