Job summary

Holland America-Princess is seeking guest service staff to listen to guests and respond to their needs aboard our Alaska cruises. You will apply knowledge of optional tours, services, and local information to assist guests and ensure smooth experiences.

The role supports company guidelines and participates in guest service programs. We offer travel incentives such as a free cruise after your first season, plus referral rewards, professional growth, and employee activities.
