Job summary

CFS Brands LLC is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide top-notch support by phone, email and chat in a fast-paced environment in Lodi, NJ. You will handle orders, resolve issues, and build strong customer relationships while collaborating with the Sales team.

The role requires an associates degree with at least two years of experience and familiarity with wholesale/B2B contexts. On-site work Monday through Friday is expected, with a comprehensive benefits package offered.

Qualifications

• Associates degree with minimum of 2 years experience.
• Experience working with finished goods in wholesale industry and/or B2B organizations.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, with the ability to utilize its features to prioritize communications and contribute to an organized and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities

• Multi-tasking: Manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with heavy phone volume.
• Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat platform in a timely and professional manner.
• Returns Processing & Support Coordination: Manage return requests from start to finish, ensuring accurate documentation, timely processing, and clear communication with customers regarding status, eligibility, and next steps.
• Issue Resolution: Resolve order issues, back orders, product information requests and other customer concerns.
• Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with customers and sales team with a customer-centric service attitude and results focused mindset.
• Team Collaboration: Perform as a team player, supporting and assisting fellow colleagues to ensure the team meets its goals.
• Process Improvement: Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and recommend better strategies to enhance customer service processes.
• Adaptability: Demonstrate the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
• On-site Requirement: Monday - Friday onsite presence in our office.
