U-Haul recrute un(e) représentant(e) du service client à West Palm Beach pour assurer un accueil de qualité et aider les clients tout au long de leur expérience de location et de service. Vous utiliserez U-Scan sur smartphone, aiderez à préparer les factures et veillerez à la sécurité et à l’entretien du matériel.

Qualifikationen

• Permis de conduire valide et capacité à maintenir un bon dossier de conduite.

Aufgaben

• Aider les clients à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur d'un centre U-Haul avec les produits et services.
• Utiliser la technologie U-Scan basée sur smartphone pour gérer les locations et l'inventaire.
• Déplacer et raccorder les camions et remorques U-Haul.
• Nettoyer et inspecter l'équipement sur le site, vérifier les niveaux de fluides.
• Répondre aux questions et informer les clients sur les produits et services.
• Préparer les factures de location et accepter les retours d'équipement.
• Installer des crochets et le câblage des remorques.
• Renseigner sur le propane (certification offerte après embauche).
• Conduire un chariot élévateur (certification offerte après embauche).
• Autres tâches assignées.
