U-Haul in Mechanicsburg, PA is seeking a Customer Service Representative to assist customers and manage equipment rentals. You will use U-Scan technology to dispatch and return items, move and hook up trucks, and educate customers on products and services.

Minimum qualifications include a valid driver’s license and a high school diploma or equivalent. The role offers on-the-job education and opportunities to advance within the company.

• Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returned from rental.
• Install hitches and trailer wiring.
• Fill propane (certification offered through U-Haul upon employment).
• Drive a forklift (certification offered through U-Haul upon employment).
• Participate in ongoing U-Haul education through U-Haul University.
