U-Haul Grand Prairie recrute un(e) représentant(e) du service clientèle pour accompagner les clients et assurer un service de qualité dans le centre. Vous gérerez les locations via U-Scan, déplacerez et préparerez les camions et remorques, et effectuerez des inspections d’équipement avec rigueur.

Ce poste part-time prévoit des entretiens pratiques rémunérés et peut inclure des primes de départ et des certifications après embauche.

• Bonne présentation et sens du service.

Responsibilities

• Aider les clients à l’intérieur et à l’extérieur d’un centre U-Haul avec les produits et services.
• Utiliser la technologie U-Scan pour gérer les locations et l’inventaire.
• Déplacer et raccorder les camions et remorques U-Haul.
• Nettoyer et inspecter l’équipement sur le terrain et vérifier les niveaux de fluide.
• Répondre aux questions et informer les clients sur les produits et services.
• Établir les factures de location et accepter les retours d’équipement.
• Installer les attelages et le câblage de remorque.
• Effectuer le remplissage du propane (certification offerte après embauche).
• Conduire un chariot élévateur (certification offerte après embauche).
• Participer à la formation continue via U-Haul University.
