Job summary

HNS Recovery in Texas is expanding its field team, offering uncapped earning potential for experienced repossession agents. Base per unit pay starts at $85 with dollies and direct-account bonuses, plus a $2,000 sign-on bonus after 150 successful recoveries.

We provide late-model Dodge 4500 trucks, AI-driven tech, and flexible 5/4/3-day rosters with two consecutive days off each week. Training and licensing are provided to get you started.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of wheel-lift experience.
• Clean driving record and drug-free status.
• Willingness to work rotating nights and weekends.
• Veterans and security professionals encouraged to apply.
• Must be 23+ years old and able to stay calm under pressure.
• Must be comfortable with technology and AI-driven tools.
