InterLink Recovery Services LLC in Akron, Ohio is seeking a motivated Repo Recovery Agent / Tow Truck Driver. You will identify locations for repossession, secure vehicles, and tow them to our storage facility, while ensuring safety and compliance.

The role requires strong observation, excellent communication, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to pass background checks and a DOT card. Shifts include day, night, and overnight hours, with competitive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong observational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record; ability to obtain DOT card.
• Must be able to work day/night/overnight shifts.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted.
• Spanish/English bilingual highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Identify locations of vehicles that need repossession.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and policies during repossession.
• Safely repossess vehicles and transport to designated location.
• Report repossession with detailed photos and written notes on vehicle condition.
• Handle difficult situations calmly while upholding InterLink Recovery standards.
• Complete paperwork accurately within designated timeframe.
• Record daily inspection of the tow truck.
• Prioritize safety in all operations.
