Job summary

Quadel is seeking a Reporting & Data Analyst in Miami to transform raw data into reliable reports, dashboards, and insights that support operational effectiveness and informed decisions.

You will design dashboards, consolidate data from multiple systems, validate data accuracy, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver timely analyses while upholding data governance and security standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 2–5 years of experience in reporting, data analysis, or business intelligence.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel.
• Experience with business intelligence and reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Solid understanding of data visualization best practices.
• Familiarity with databases, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts.
• Experience working with large and complex datasets.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English is required to effectively communicate with customers, team members, and management.
• Professional working proficiency in Spanish/Creole a plus.

The Reporting & Data Analyst plays a critical role in delivering meaningful data and performance reporting to support operational effectiveness and informed decision-making.
