Job summary

ClearlyAgile is seeking a proactive professional to join our Tampa Bay team as a Data & Business Analysis lead. You will drive learning and development reporting, bridge business and technology, and guide offshore analysts across projects.

The role emphasizes leadership, data accuracy, and process improvement, with collaboration across senior leaders. Remote work is possible, and a strong foundation in Excel, SQL, and agile methods is essential.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience.
• 3 years of Data Analysis and Reporting experience.
• 3 years of Business Analysis Process Improvement experience.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Ability to read/write SQL queries.
• Accounting or auditing knowledge.
• Experience with Learning & Development (L&D), Learning Management (LMS) or Human Capital Management (HCM).
• Experience working in an agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Work on the business side to ensure learning & development reports are accurate and useful.
• Lead an offshore team of 4 technical and functional analysts.
• Review, interpret and analyze data.
• Analyze business processes and make recommendations for improvements.
• Work as a liaison between the business and technology.

What you'll be doing

• Leadership experience
• 3 years of Data Analysis and Reporting experience
• 3 years of Business Analysis Process Improvement experience

• Able to read/write basic SQL queries
• Accounting or auditing knowledge
• Experience preferred with Learning & Development (L&D), Learning Management (LMS) or Human Capital Management (HCM) experience
• Experience working in an agile environment preferred
• Bachelors degree preferred

Location and other requirements

• Must be able to work remotely as well as on site in the Tampa office on occasion
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
• No subcontracts or visa sponsorship
