Job summary

CTW is seeking a Reporting Manager to oversee SEC reporting, ensure timely filings, and provide robust technical accounting analysis under US GAAP. The role partners with audit teams and drives compliant disclosures.

You will prepare Form 20-F, Form 6-K, Form S-8 filings, manage tie-outs and support schedules, research complex accounting issues, and assist with GAAP conversions and new standards. CPA preferred; minimum 3 years in public accounting or SEC reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and SEC disclosure requirements.
• Experience with SEC reporting practices and processes.
• Advanced technical writing and documentation skills.
• Advisory experience on accounting implications for new standards or transactions.
• Experience supporting GAAP conversions or complex transactional analysis.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and coordinate SEC filings, including Form 20-F, Form 6-K, Form S-8, and other registration statements with 100% compliance with deadlines.
• Manage detailed tie-outs and support schedules for financial statement disclosures to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate internal and external reviews of SEC filings, resolving comments and feedback efficiently.
• Research and document complex technical accounting issues under U.S. GAAP, producing high-quality memos and position papers.
• Implement updates to reporting for new SEC requirements and US GAAP standards within specified timelines, ensuring ongoing compliance and accurate disclosures.

This position ensures that all financial statement disclosures align with U.S. GAAP and SEC requirements, supporting audit processes and the implementation of new standards. The manager maintains independence from transactional accounting, contributing critical technical expertise and oversight to the financial reporting function.
