Summary

As a Reporting Analyst (RA) working with the implementation team, you will deliver implementation and/or consulting to projects to achieve successful on-time projects with client satisfaction. You will be primarily responsible for developing C#, PL/SQL code, and Telerik reports to support these client projects.

Salary: $85,000-$130,000

Essential Functions

• Develop custom code using PL/SQL to query and execute functions within the LIMS platform, based on details provided by team members or directly with clients.
• Configure reports using Telerik Report Writer to generate reports within the LIMS platform, based on details from team members or clients.
• Perform alpha testing on all developed work to ensure it meets requirements and functions properly within the LIMS platform.
• Demonstrate completed work to internal team members or clients as needed.
• Develop a strong understanding of LIMS functionality and data models; provide guidance to team members on project goals within the platform.
• Provide input for process improvements based on client and departmental feedback.
• Maintain high commitment to customer satisfaction throughout the customer relationship.
• Resolve project issues promptly or escalate when necessary.
• Collaborate with and mentor other Reporting Analysts and Consultants to expand product knowledge.
• Organize and prioritize tasks to ensure timely project completion.
• Complete other tasks as assigned.

Minimum Experience & Education

• Bachelor's degree in relevant fields or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years’ experience with LIS or LIMS systems.
• 3+ years’ experience with PL/SQL and C# development.
• Experience with LIS/LIMS report development using tools like Crystal Reports or SSRS.

Preferred Experience

• Experience developing Telerik reports.
• Experience with Horizon LIMS as an administrator.
• Experience in LIMS/LIS implementation environments.
• Experience with API/Interfaces, especially HL7.
