Job summary

Teleperformance seeks a detail-oriented reporting analyst to create and analyze critical daily, monthly, and annual reports. You will prepare Excel and PowerPoint presentations for management, collaborate with Operations Leaders, and ensure accurate performance data across intercompany teams.

Responsibilities include reconciling reports, analyzing production data, and driving data-driven decisions with advanced Excel and Google Workspace tools. A proactive, adaptable communicator is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be detail oriented and able to work extended hours during month end.
• Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables and Power Query.
• Excellent English communication, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven ability to handle changing priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Create, review and analyze critical daily, monthly, and annual reports.
• Prepare Excel/PowerPoint presentations for management on ops, accuracy, and productivity.
• Collaborate with Operations Leaders to obtain necessary information.
• Communicate with intercompany teams and support operations reporting.

Your Responsibilities

• Create, review and analyze critical daily, monthly, and annual reports and spreadsheets
• Prepare presentations in Excel and/or PowerPoint to be shared with management team involving operations, accuracy, and productivity data, using charts, graphs and spreadsheets.
• Working with varied Operations Leadersto obtain necessary information.
• Will be communicating with several intercompany team members.
• Work closely with Operations team to ensure accurate reporting ofperformance data.
• Ability to understand and execute reconciliation of reports and quality and production data.
• Responsible for building and analyzing data that via extensive Excel reporting.
• Ability to comprehend the TikTok performance results and talk to the data.
• Administrative work and support for Operations leaders
• Other duties as directed by supervisor.
