Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of experience as a litigation paralegal or legal assistant.
• Experience with replevin or related fields preferred.
• Knowledge of secured mortgage lenders/servicers is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with attorneys to manage replevin cases.
• Prepare, file, and manage court documents.
• Coordinate hearings and deadlines.
• Organize case records and internal/external files.
• Maintain client communications and status updates.
• Update internal and external client systems such as CounselLink, Loansphere, etc.
