Job summary

Fleet Farm in West Bend, Wisconsin is seeking a Replenishment Team Member to ensure merchandise is properly located in the backroom and down stocked according to sales priorities. The role involves down stocking products, staging excess items, fulfilling pick lists from scans, reclaiming carts, and communicating stock issues to leadership.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Down stock merchandise according to sales priority.
• Store excess product in backstock and capstock locations.
• Fulfill pick lists generated from merchandise scans.
• Return warehouse carts and restore work areas by end of shift.
• Notify leads/management about out-of-stock or fast-selling items.
• Promote Fleet Farm loyalty program and other initiatives.

The Replenishment Team Member is responsible for ensuring merchandise is properly located in the backroom and down stocking product.

Job Duties

• Ensure down stocking of all product based on sales priority.
• Ensure all extra product is properly located to a bin in capstock and backstock.
• Responsible for fulfilling generated pick lists from merchandise scans.
• Return all warehouse carts and recover work areas to standards by end of shift.
• Notify Team Leads or Management regarding out-of-stock or fast selling merchandise.
• Positive promotion of Fleet Farm customer loyalty program, credit card, and other company initiatives.

Job Requirements And Education

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays is required.
• Ability to be certified to operate a forklift and other material handling devices.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
