Job summary

Fleet Farm in Plymouth, WI is seeking a Replenishment Team Member to maintain backroom organization and complete down stocking according to sales priority. You will fulfill pick lists from merchandise scans and recover work areas to standard by shift end.

Responsibilities include notifying leadership of out-of-stock items and promoting Fleet Farm loyalty programs. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, with forklift certification and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays is required.
• Ability to be certified to operate a forklift and other material handling devices.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure down stocking of all product based on sales priority.
• Ensure extra product is properly located to a bin in capstock and backstock.
• Responsible for fulfilling generated pick lists from merchandise scans.
• Return all warehouse carts and recover work areas to standards by end of shift.
• Notify Team Leads or Management regarding out-of-stock or fast selling merchandise.
• Positive promotion of Fleet Farm customer loyalty program, credit card, and other company initiatives.
