Essity is seeking an experienced Replenishment Planner to join our North American team with roles in Dover, DE or Philadelphia, PA. You will manage daily replenishment for IDCs, coordinate ITM lists, and collaborate with outsourcing partners to ensure on-time fulfillment.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Business/Engineering/Supply Chain, 3+ years in supply chain, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in SAP; Excel is required, Power Apps a plus.

Aufgaben

• Manage daily replenishment for Internal Distribution Centers (IDCs) including finished goods and merchandise.
• Plan and monitor Transport Load Builder (TLB) Demand while respecting lead times.
• Create/use ITM lists and coordinate actions to maximize customer order fulfilment.
• Oversee co-packing activities and interface with outsourcing partners for external warehousing/transport.
• Collaborate with Warehouse Excellence (WHEx) and drive continuous improvement as needed.
• Embed Planning Excellence (PLEx) tools into processes and drive RCA when results fall short.
• Contribute to quarterly safety stock reviews and phase-in/out activities.
• Support cross-functional projects and provide information as needed.

About The Role

Essity is currently looking for an experienced Replenishment Planner. This position could be based at our locations in Dover, DE or Philadelphia, PA.

What You Will Do

• An Employee with uncompromised commitment to our I Care journey which ensures a safe, healthy, and sustainable work environment.
• Manage the daily replenishment of all Internal Distribution Centers (IDCs) (for finished goods and merchandise) via APO system covering Transport Load Builder (TLB) Demand, respecting lead times and managing incidences.
• Create/use the Information-to-Market (ITM) list and collaborate with others to take actions and ensure maximum fulfilment of all customer orders.
• Manage co-packing activities.
• Manage interface with outsourcing partners for external warehousing and transports with Warehouse Excellence (WHEx).
• Contribute to the fulfilment of KPIs set for Replenishment Planning (e.g. service level root cause analysis (RCA), order completeness, TLB coverage).
• Embedding Planning Excellence (PLEx) tools and processes into the way of working and be a champion of continuous improvement by identifying when system does not deliver expected results to drive proper RCA process.
• Contribute to the quarterly safety stock review.
• Provide information and supports when needed to phase-in-phase-out (PIPO) activities and projects.
• May work with customs clearing.

Who You Are

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Min. 3 years of experience in Supply Chain
• Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and data-driven decision-making approach.
• Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on operational efficiency.
• Effective communication skills across all levels of the organization. Can adapt between detailed and global views.
• Adaptability and ability to multi-task.
• Be able to work and develop in ambiguity.
• Excellent team player.
• Proficiency in English.
• Additional language is a plus.
• SAP or equivalent experience is advantageous.
• Excel knowledge and Power Apps is a plus.

Expected Compensation:
