Job summary

HYVE Solutions in the United States is seeking a Manufacturing Equipment Maintenance Technician to support the manufacturing line by diagnosing and repairing electro-mechanical equipment. You will dismantle, adjust, repair and reassemble components according to layouts, blueprints, and manuals.

The role requires using test and diagnostic equipment to verify performance and rebuilds as required. You may implement equipment modifications under guidance from manufacturing engineers.

Qualifications

• Ability to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues in electro-mechanical equipment.
• Dismantle, adjust, repair and assemble equipment per plans and manuals.
• Use test and diagnostic equipment to perform checkouts and rebuild as required.
• May modify equipment under direction of manufacturing engineers.

Manufacturing Equipment Maintenance Technician: Performs electrical or mechanical troubleshooting to determine problems in non-functioning electro-mechanical equipment used in the manufacturing process.

Dismantles, adjusts, repairs and assembles equipment according to layout plans, blueprints, operating or repair manuals, rough sketches or drawings.

Uses test and diagnostic equipment to perform checkouts.

Rebuilds manufacturing equipment as required.

May perform equipment modifications as directed by manufacturing engineers.
