Qualifications

• 2+ years roofing repair experience required or preferred.
• Knowledge of asphalt shingle systems (GAF, Owens Corning, etc.).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential and light commercial roof repairs (shingle, flashing, vents, pipe boots, decking).
• Diagnose leaks and storm-related damage.
• Replace damaged shingles, ridge, vents, turbines, and accessories.
• Seal penetrations and exposed fasteners.
• Take clear before/after photos and complete repair documentation.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and builders.
• Maintain a clean, safe job site at all times.

As a Repair Technician, you will perform roof inspections, identify roofing issues, and complete quality repairs for residential and commercial customers. Responsibilities

• Perform residential roof repairs (shingle, flashing, vents, pipe boots, minor decking)
• Diagnose leaks and storm-related damage
• Replace damaged shingles, ridge, vents, turbines, and accessories
• Seal penetrations and exposed fasteners
• Take clear before/after photos and complete repair documentation
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and builders
• Maintain a clean, safe job site at all times

Requirements

• 2+ years roofing repair experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of asphalt shingle systems (GAF, Owens Corning, etc.)
• Comfortable working on pitched roofs
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Basic smartphone skills (photos, apps, communication)
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
