Christy Sports in Colorado is seeking a Repair Technician to ensure guests enjoy peak performance with tuned skis and snowboards. You’ll apply sharpening, waxing, and repairs, drawing on strong product knowledge and a passion for snow sports.

You’ll be trained by experienced technicians within a collaborative team, with a focus on safety, accurate pricing, and staying current with industry trends. This full-time role offers comprehensive benefits and a ski-friendly work environment.

Qualifications

• Strong ski or snowboard background is essential.
• Self-motivated, able to multitask and detail oriented.
• Comfortable with POS systems (preferred).
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Eagerness to learn and be trained in the trade.

Responsibilities

• Build trust with guests by providing accurate information and excellent service.
• Assess when skis or snowboards need tuning or repair and recommend the best service option.
• Perform ski and snowboard tuning: sharpening, waxing, mounting, drilling, and more.

Summary Description

As a Repair Technician, you'll make sure our guests are set up with perfectly tuned equipment so they can enjoy the mountain to the fullest. From sharpening edges and waxing skis to handling complex repairs, you'll use your technical skills, product knowledge, and passion for snow sports to deliver best-in-class service and keep our guests coming back.
