Guitar Center is seeking a Repair Tech Area Specialist to provide expert repair and certification training across stores in a defined region. You will coach other technicians, ensure high standards of craftsmanship, and drive positive customer experiences while promoting repair services and merchandise.
You will travel to multiple locations, support field operations, and assist in maintaining store equipment and completing warranty repairs. Equal opportunity employer.

As our Repair Tech Area Specialist, you willprovide maintenance and repair service on customer owned instruments, as well as assist in maintaining store owned equipment. In addition, the Area Specialist will provide guidance and assistance to other Repair Techs within a specific geographical area.
