Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is seeking a Repair Tech 1 to perform repair, replacement, and service work on company products per prescribed procedures. You will read repair orders, locate replacement parts, and follow work instructions while ensuring quality and safety in a collaborative environment.

Under supervision, you will report any irregularities, participate in in-process and final inspections, and help maintain housekeeping.

Qualifications

• Education equivalent to high school diploma or GED is required.
• Mechanical and diagnostic skills are necessary for repair work.
• High attention to detail is essential for quality work.
• Basic computer and writing skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Read and comprehend repair orders and parts schematics.
• Locate replacement products according to work instructions.
• Make decisions per work instructions and report irregularities.
• Perform repair, replacement, and service work on Milwaukee Tool products.
• Maintain safety, quality, and housekeeping in the assigned area.
• Contribute to Milwaukee Tool culture and collaborate across processes and departments.
