CORT Tradeshow and Events in Las Vegas, NV is hiring a full-time Repair Shop Supervisor. You will lead repair and refinishing teams, coordinate production, and ensure quality and safety across the shop floor.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, inventory control, and scheduling to meet event timelines. Compensation is $27-31 per hour depending on experience, with a Monday–Friday, 2:30pm–11pm schedule and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years warehouse, shipping & receiving experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Physically able to move furniture; ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly.
• Forklift certification preferred; on-the-job certification provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily oversight of repair and refinishing associates, assign work, and monitor performance and productivity.
• Coordinate daily shop operations, ensure production goals are met, and maintain quality standards for all repairs and manufactured products.
• Conduct daily start-of-shift meetings, promote safe work practices, and ensure compliance with company and OSHA standards.
• Train and mentor employees in repair, refinishing, upholstery, manufacturing, and equipment operation.
• Maintain an organized work environment and ensure adequate materials, supplies, and equipment are available.
• Monitor and report daily repair and manufacturing output.
• Oversee and assist with furniture repair, refinishing, laminate and upholstery replacement, finishing applications, and furniture manufacturing as needed.
• Coordinate routine maintenance and upkeep of shop equipment and tools.

Overview

CORT Tradeshow and Events is hiring immediately for a full-time Repair Shop Supervisor in Las Vegas, NV!

CORT Events provides furniture rental solutions for trade shows and events, including festivals, weddings, corporate events, and even the Super Bowl. The Repair Shop Supervisor oversees daily repair and refinishing operations, ensuring efficient workflows, high-quality workmanship, and effective team coordination. This role is responsible for supervising repair and refinishing associates, managing production schedules, maintaining quality standards, enforcing safety protocols, and overseeing shop organization and materials. The Repair Shop Supervisor plays a key role in driving operational excellence, developing team members, and ensuring furniture is repaired, refinished, and manufactured to support customer and event needs.

Pay: $27-31/ hour depending on experience

Schedule: Monday thru Friday 2:30pm-11pm with overtime required, as needed.

Repair, Refinishing & Manufacturing Support: Oversee and assist with furniture repair, refinishing, laminate and upholstery replacement, finishing applications, and furniture manufacturing as needed.

Equipment Maintenance: Coordinate routine maintenance and upkeep of shop equipment and tools.

Other Duties as Assigned.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required
• 1-3 years previous warehouse, inventory, shipping & receiving experience; 3 years of warehouse or supervisory experience preferred
• Physically able and willing to move furniture; ability to lift 50+ pounds on a regular basis
• Forklift Operator certification preferred; on-the-job certification provided
• Able to operate equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and stand-up reach trucks (previous experience is a plus)
• Must passdrug screening as a condition of employment. CORT also participates in the E-Verify program
