This position reports to:

US Spare Parts & Repair Center Manager

In this role, you will have the opportunity to coordinate service work done at site and ensure it complies with ABB's and customer's guidelines. Each day, you will act as a single point of contact for the customer during the execution of a service job. You will also showcase your expertise by leading and delivering responsive support coordination to exceed customer expectations/experience.

Hybrid out of Bartlesville, OK. #LI-Hybrid

Your role and responsibilities:

• Working with customers and following up with their warranty and revenue repairs.
• Being the customer advocate and meeting our lead times.
• Assessing gaps in service delivery, contract execution, and customer focus and working with engineers and operations managers to mitigate the issues identified.
• Collaborating with the manufacturing teams for meeting our customer requests.

Qualifications for the role:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or similar degree is preferred with 2+ years of experience in operations
• Highly adept in SalesForce,SAP,and Excel
• You are passionate about the customer experience.
