Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in repair, refurbishment, manufacturing, or technical service operations.
• Prior experience leading or supervising technicians in a hands-on environment.
• Strong mechanical, electrical, or electromechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with inventory systems, RMAs, and reverse logistics processes.

Responsibilities

• Perform repair, refurbishment, and testing per SOPs and OEM standards.
• Lead repair technicians, assign work, balance queues, and manage WIP.
• Manage inventory, cycle counts, and ERP part tracking.
• Track throughput, backlog, aging work, and report KPI metrics.
• Coach, train, and onboard depot personnel.
